Do not sell or share my personal information

Mortgage Advice Daily does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral (targeted) advertising. There is nothing to opt out of, but you may still send an opt-out request and we will confirm it in writing.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out and keep optional analytics turned off.

Make a data request

You can ask us to:

• Access: tell you what personal information we hold about you and send you a copy.
• Correct: fix information that is wrong.
• Delete: remove your messages, questions and newsletter subscription.
• Opt out: confirm that your information will not be sold, shared or used for targeted advertising.
• Limit: we do not collect sensitive personal information as defined in state law, so there is nothing further to limit.

How to send a request

1. Use the contact form and choose “A privacy or data request,” or email Please use the contact form. with the subject “Privacy request.”
2. Tell us which right you want to use and the email address you used with us.
3. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and complete the request within 45 days. If we need more time (up to another 45 days), we will tell you why.

Verification

To protect you, we verify requests by confirming control of the email address linked to your information. We will not ask for Social Security numbers or account numbers.

Authorized agents

An authorized agent may make a request for you with your signed permission. We may ask you to confirm the request directly.

Appeals

If we decline a request, you can appeal by replying to our decision with “Appeal” in the subject line. We will respond within the time your state’s law requires. If you are not satisfied, you may contact your state attorney general.

Non-discrimination

We will never deny you service, charge you differently or give you a different quality of service for using your privacy rights.
